Hawa Robin Cahn

Hawa Robin Cahn is originally from South Florida. Studying movement her whole life, Hawa has taken classes in gymnastics, dance, martial arts, Yoga, Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, strength training, and meditation. She teaches Pilates and Yoga, as well as practices Spiritual Healing, Spiritual Counseling, and Craniosacral Therapy.

When you schedule an appointment with Hawa you will receive all of these modalities combined in what Hawa calls Wild Feminine Pilates. Using postural assessment skills and intuition, Hawa observes anatomy and energy to develop a treatment plan for you including movement, breathing, prayer, and meditation. Balancing masculine and feminine energies within, balancing the musculoskeletal system, and opening the doors for you to travel through your heart, Hawa’s healing style is intended to bring you closer to pain free movement, a deeper understanding of who you are, and a greater understanding of how God moves you.

Hawa graduated from Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, and holds a BFA in ballet from the New School University/Joffrey Ballet School in New York. Her certifications include: Authentic Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, Yoga Works, Kane School of Core Integration, University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism, Craniosacral Therapy Modules 1, 2 and 3, Vagus Nerve Modules 1, 2 and 3, Help Increase the Peace Program, Healing Arts and Ethics, Lady Bug Yoga (Yoga for Children), Fit for Birth, and AGNI Kundalini Yoga training.

“What I truly loved about this training was how trauma informed it was. As a trauma therapist, I know the importance of incorporating activities for the nervous system and Hawa taught us 8 + activities for parasympathetic nervous system activation.”

What is a Grief Ceremony?

Heavy emotions are associated with grief, and can prevent us from feeling positive emotions in general, as though we are being followed by a cloud.  When we set aside time to acknowledge our loved ones, transitions, and traumas the cloud clears and we can access joy in our lives again.  Receive support in this group live on Zoom so you can honor loved ones passed, transitions, and difficult times in our history. Lighten your heart and come to peace.

Grief Ceremonies bring people to peace.

When we gather to recognize how grief is affecting our lives, we understand we are not alone.  There are active ways to grieve, which at a time when we don’t know what to do, is a relief.  Grief Ceremonies are a prayerful meditation including chanting, journaling, ritual, and somatic movements designed to cleanse the energy of grief.

Learn how to lighten the hearts of your community by realizing the impact grief has on the community.  Serious issues such as racism, discrimination, acts against human rights, the losses of loved ones, and transitions all weigh heavily on the hearts of humanity.  As we collectively acknowledge grief and understand how to transform its energy, we are motivated.  Motivation to move on currents of love to embrace a new future filled with mutual respect, compassion, mercy, and healing eases the hearts of humanity.
