Hawa Robin Cahn is originally from South Florida. Studying movement her whole life, Hawa has taken classes in gymnastics, dance, martial arts, Yoga, Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, strength training, and meditation. She teaches Pilates and Yoga, as well as practices Spiritual Healing, Spiritual Counseling, and Craniosacral Therapy.
When you schedule an appointment with Hawa you will receive all of these modalities combined in what Hawa calls Wild Feminine Pilates. Using postural assessment skills and intuition, Hawa observes anatomy and energy to develop a treatment plan for you including movement, breathing, prayer, and meditation. Balancing masculine and feminine energies within, balancing the musculoskeletal system, and opening the doors for you to travel through your heart, Hawa’s healing style is intended to bring you closer to pain free movement, a deeper understanding of who you are, and a greater understanding of how God moves you.
Hawa graduated from Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, and holds a BFA in ballet from the New School University/Joffrey Ballet School in New York. Her certifications include: Authentic Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, Yoga Works, Kane School of Core Integration, University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism, Craniosacral Therapy Modules 1, 2 and 3, Vagus Nerve Modules 1, 2 and 3, Help Increase the Peace Program, Healing Arts and Ethics, Lady Bug Yoga (Yoga for Children), Fit for Birth, and AGNI Kundalini Yoga training.
